About

I am working as a French Language Specialist in a reputed company. I hail from Nagpur and I moved to Bangalore in 2009. I love this city. Iam the daughter of a couple of well known Artists, Pankaj & Sarita Moghe, who are recognized by the Handicrafts Board of India and work on various mediums like Watercolours, Oils, Stained Glass, 3D Paintings, Hand Made Porcelain items and paintings on Silk.

I am a ‘been there, done that’ kind of a person, but its the French language that really gets me going. I have finished B2 level of French from Alliance Francaise de Bangalore. I am a graduate in Arts background with subjects like Psychology, English Literature and History. I have also done a diploma in multimedia.

My other passions are Books, Sports, Food & Crime Shows. I am a voracious reader, love reading the classics, crime thrillers, marine adventures, treasure hunting, spy and political thrillers. My favourite Classic Authors are, Jane Austen, Charles Dickens, Oscar Wilde, Alexandre Du Mas and Agatha Christie. My favourite action novelists are Clive Cussler, Robert Ludlum, Dan Brown & Tom Clancy.

I love all sports except cricket & wrestling. Particularly Tennis. I love Tennis and I am a huge fan of Roger Federer. Those who know me, call me a Rogerholic. The reason I admire him is because of his aesthetic & graceful game, his on-court & off-court conduct and his truly remarkable and inspiring journey into one of the greatest tennis players ever to grace the court.

I am a great big foodie. As my artist Father says, ‘People might eat to live, we Moghes live to eat!’

Crime shows are another area of interest for me. I hate soap operas and whatever time I get to watch TV, I only watch the crime shows. My favorites are Criminal Minds, Bones, White Collar, Castle, NCIS, Sherlock, Numb3rs, Burn Notice, etc. I am a somewhat of a geek too, I love all the superhero comics, movies and shows. Currently The Flash is my favorite and I am loving all the Marvel and DC movies that have been releasing. And I am also a Doctor Whovian.

Of course, music and movies are important to me as well. I have a very eclectic taste in both.

  1. I was glad to learn from a comment you left earlier that you eventually got to meet Roger Federer. That must have been such a thrill!

Incidentally, I watched a lot of Doctor Who with my kids when they were younger. My favorite one was David Tennant. I was surprised when he turned out to be such a very good actor.

    1. Ohh wow!! David Tennant was the best Doctor for me too! Loved his energy and enthusiasm in it. And his repartΓ©e was hilarious! David is such a good actor, that as much as he made me adore him in Doctor Who, he managed to scare me as a villain called Killgrave in Netflix’s superhero show Jessica Jones. Everytime he says, “Jessicaaa!” … It sent chills down my spine. He is indeed brilliant! πŸ™‚

Meeting Federer was a real dream come true! πŸ™‚ I was so very thrilled and happy!! πŸ˜›
